Looks awesome, but... *goes super critic mode*
1. I personally don't like Naruto's coloring. He doesn't stand out too much, for one, and his hair's too white-ish.
2. The random figures have rough edges.
3. The text is a bit too small.
4. It looks somewhat unoriginal.

I've seen tons of signatures done in the same way.
...I personally think the uneven border looks awesome. XD

If you must put the uneven border, one must extend the bottom border a little more.
